Diane Sullivan is our controller at TriCities Property Management. She oversees all accounting, employee management, commercial accounts, professional networking, day to day management and operations of the business. She is also a motivated entrepreneur who has owned her own business for the last 18 years while raising two amazing boys as a single mother. She is well connected and respected within the community. Building Operations Supervisor
Todd is a Building Operations Supervisor at TriCities Property Management. He handles our residential and commercial building maintenance (and everything in between). He previously worked with a large building Owner that provided services to DOE contractors for 18 years. His experience ranges from remodeling homes to overseeing large commercial buildings preventative maintenance programs, roof inspections, ground construction, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
